October Goal Challenge Complete: 20 ClassPass Gym Classes

I was really proud of myself for how I did with my October goal challenge. I was afraid that doing 20 gym classes in 20 days was too aggressive. But I ended up finishing the month with 24 classes at 17 different studios! I definitely discovered some new favorites that I plan to visit in the future. October Goal Check In: Week 2

Week 2 of my (delayed) October challenge is now in the books, and I did pretty well sticking to my workout a day plan! (And my butt is feeling pretty sore to boot.) Here are the ClassPass studios I tried in the last week: Brendle at TruFit: I didn’t really know what this class was, which was why I was excited to try it.
