On Wednesday nights from 8-9 PM, I go down to the gym and watch Crowned on the elliptical. Crowned is a really cheesy and embarrassing reality show on the WB, so my only justification for watching is if I do it on the elliptical. Can you believe you get three recipes today? It’s your lucky day! Just in case you’re trying to eat all of these in one day, tonight’s dinner is extra low-cal but still filling and delicious. Ignore the chip on the plate… clearly I don’t know how to pick my best dishes when taking pictures for my blog! Recipe notes:I grilled the tuna on the George Foreman, so I just brushed it with balsamic vinegar and then sprinkled the rosemary on – no oil needed! Healthy Meal: Zuppa Ossa Buco

Today’s lunchtime soup is brought to you by the fact that I had ground turkey going bad in my fridge, and this soup called for various ground meats, for which I figured I could substitute turkey. The recipe was supposed to make 4 bowls, and I cut it in half, therefore expecting to get 2 bowls. Instead, I got 3 large bowls of soup. Biggest Loser: Water Weight and Real Losses/Gains

I have to say I really didn’t like last night’s Biggest Loser. I know I just posted two days ago about it being my favorite show, but I just thought that the focus of last night’s show really sent the wrong message. Losing/gaining weight is not about eating too much once, at a meal or at a temptation. It’s about a lifestyle.
