Sunday Weigh In
For once, I didn’t set an alarm… and I woke up at 11:30 after going to bed at midnight! Guess I needed some sleep 🙂 I woke up feeling a bit sluggish and not wanting at all to work out (see: 24 hour motivation), but I plodded into the bathroom to weigh in. I’m trying to do it every day, but some days I stay at Boyfriend’s where there is no scale and then I drink coffee and eat breakfat before going home, so by the time I get home, the scale won’t be accurate.
