I’ll just go ahead and start my weekend recap on Thursday, since I had the rest of the week off after July 4th. I started my day with a trail run up Rattlesnake Gulch – my favorite trail to run as of late. It’s 3.2 miles up to the Continental Divide Overlook, along with 1282 feet of gain, but I’ve been trying to run more of it and walk less. Wednesday was one of my favorite days of the year in my town. I wouldn’t say that I’ve always loved the Fourth of July, but since moving to Superior, Colorado, I am so in love with our town, our country, and how grateful I am to live in such an amazing place! Weekend Recap: My Favorite Boulder Local Activities

This was another fabulous, albeit short and packed, weekend! On Thursday night, I flew to Chicago for all-day training Friday… and also to meet up with my good friend Caitlin, who moved from Boulder to Chicago last summer. Weekend Recap: Stretching Myself at Work and On the Trails

This was a bit of a short weekend, but a great one! Whenever I try to title my weekend recaps, I usually try to think of a theme to sum it all up, and this weekend’s was something about pushing myself to grow in a lot of different areas. Weekend Recap: Summer Festivals and Concerts

This past weekend was near perfect, with the exception that I didn’t spend almost any time at home! But there were so many fun things to do in Denver that I really didn’t mind 🙂 The weekend kicked off with one of my favorite work events of the year – a friends/family event on the Jack Daniels Roofdeck Terrace at Coors Field!
