So you’ve probably noticed I haven’t been blogging much lately. My then-boyfriend used to tease me about being a “stressball” (meaning, “ball of stress,” not “stress-relieving device”) because I wear my heart on my sleeve and you can always see it very apparently when I’m stressed… and that is the case now. I’m super stressed about: -My health. A sick start to the week

After taking the day off Thursday and then spending Friday working from bed, you would think that I would be better. In fact, on Friday I felt good enough to do a bit of yoga at night. I didn’t really work up a crazy sweat like I do with regular Insanity, but I did get a light sheen that felt great – like I was sweating the toxins right out of me. Wow, I can’t believe it’s been a week since I last posted! My new project is crazy busy and has barely afforded me adequate time to sleep and work out, let alone blog about it, but here’s the recap of what you missed: Monday, I had to be out of the house by 4:45am for my 6am flight to Dallas (and that was pushing it). I was gearing up to post a weekend recap of all the neat stuff I did, but then I got distracted. It’s Marathon Monday! Last day in St. Maarten, first day back in the office

Yesterday morning, I woke up with a pretty bad sunburn… oops! Guess the St. Maarten rays are stronger than I thought. As a result, I decided to forgo any additional time in the sun… but since I had slept another 11 hours (!) until 9:30am, I didn’t really have a ton of time for that anyway.
