After the five days up in Minturn for last weekend’s ski certification, I was excited to have a weekend where I could stay home and see my mom and Sadie more… with nothing really planned. Weekend Recap: Ski Instructor Certification

This week was kind of a five-day weekend, in that I took Wednesday through Friday off from consulting, but kind of a one-day weekend, in that I spent Wednesday through Saturday up at Beaver Creek getting my Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) level 1 certification and then teaching. It was definitely tiring – but I’m really proud of myself for getting through it! Friday was a busy day at work, culminating in a call with one of the partners who’s been trying to convince me to move over to a new leadership role within the firm.
