I had a rough night of travel last night. I accidentally left my driver’s license at home (I had stashed it in a pocket of my ski jacket this weekend and forgotten to retrieve it), which meant some hassle trying to get through TSA security without an ID. I mistakenly thought the last week of work before holiday break would be slow, but it was in fact crazy as I tried to get everything done before Christmas. Red Rocks Amphitheater is an incredible venue for concerts, which is why I have it on my summer bucket list to be sure that I see a show there. But it’s also a popular destination for workouts, with many people going in the early morning to run the stairs or do a bootcamp class. Pondering the Bolder Boulder

I feel like I’ve really been slacking on workouts lately. First there was the week of vacation, where I didn’t have access to any kind of gym. Class Review: Pound Fitness

The last few Saturdays, I’ve been going to a trendy new workout class that’s a ton of fun: Pound Fitness. I first heard about Pound Fitness several years ago, but never had a studio offering it near me… until now. Two months ago, I saw it on Classpass and immediately knew I wanted to check it out.
