I loved the article and linked video about single use kitchen items! My dad buys them all the time, but then immediately goes back to using his regular knife/frying pan/blender etc. I’ll have to send it to him.
I do swear by the mango slicer, though, maybe it’s because I cut myself badly slicing a mango, and now mango+knife=fear.
I have a spiralizer, which I bet some would consider a single use kitchen item. Despite all the amazing recipes I pin over at inspiralized.com, I usually just use it for zucchini noodles!
