  1. I need to get better about doing something productive during my Sunday nights vs the normal “veg out on the couch and dread going to work on Monday”. Of course, this is made infinitely harder since there is football on Sunday nights now!! That said, I do try to take stock of my week to come and get a mental plan for what / who / when I am doing things. It helps me wrap my head around what all is going to happen.

    1. I LOVE my Monday morning plane time, when I plan the workweek, and my Thursday night plane time, when I plan the weekend. To your point, it definitely helps me mentally!
