With Friday’s post about my job, and me being away for the weekend but still unfortunately working right now, I thought it would be a good time to discuss a question my Director asks all new team members at our “welcome to the team” lunch. I am totally in love with my new foam roller. I picked it up on Sunday after experiencing some nasty pain in my upper-outer-back thigh (from diagrams, I’m thinking the rectus femoris? #32 in that one). It started hurting last Monday, so I wasn’t sure if it was from my 12 mile run Saturday or the intense resistance training I did for my legs on Sunday. 88% of Americans make New Year’s resolutions, and only 20% succeed. Scary! Every year I make TONS of New Year’s resolutions for how I’m going to make my life better (told you I was a perfectionist).
