    1. I’m so glad, Karen… and it’s great to hear from you! I thought you stopped blogging but it seems my Feedly just somehow dropped you; I’m adding you back now and can’t wait to catch up!

    1. We will see. For the most part, airline customers don’t care about anything except the price… which is why airlines get stuck trying to just make the cost as cheap as possible (less seat pitch, no meals, no free bags, etc).
