A Pushup Per Day

I wrote this post yesterday on the plane, but then didn’t get to post it last night because I was busy getting sick from food poisoning! Sucks a lot, but it was entirely my fault for eating sketchy sushi that I knew I shouldn’t. After a night of throwing up everywhere though, I woke up today feeling tired and icky but not actually sick, so hopefully I can still salvage this short vacation. Pushups: One set at a time

Inspired by both Viper and Crossfit, I’ve been working on my pushups lately. Remember last summer, when I could crank out 100 full body pushups in both the morning and evening, in less than three minutes each time? Gosh, that was amazing – thank you to the Insanity program for making me able to accomplish such a feat. I’m a work in progress – and proud of it

Remember how I said I might make one of my fitness goals for the year going back to doing 100 pushups? Emphasis on “might” right there, because that hasn’t happened yet. I’m definitely still a work in progress. But yesterday, while getting ready in the morning, I decided to kind-of-sort-of give it a go.
